Wednesday Whittle

I know, I know, it’s Thursday.  Deal.

Please note: Any link in yellow is a commercial link that, if you buy, supports me (gas level money at this rate), and a link in cyan is a link to something I’ve posted previously.  A magenta link is an organization that, IMHO, is worth funding – whether by membership or by donation.

And please do check out my last five non-Rule Five / non-LINKFEST posts (the multi-part posts count as one):

What did I say in my last Wednesday Whittle?

Watch this as preparation for the 2020 election cycle getting hot with “Saint Trayvon of the Holy Hoodie” resurrected and used as a cudgel against white Americans.

[Afterburner w/Bill Whittle: The Lynching / 10:18]

Three blast-from-the-past posts – picked at my whim:

Speaking of the past: Volume I and Volume II.  (If I get inspired I may just fold them all into one…)

And my latest LINKFEST compilation, plus don’t forget my CARTOONS.  Speaking of, my latest cartoon:

To appreciate this you have to see the scene from the movie, as the wife of Jack Nicholson’s character grasps the reality of her husband’s descent into madness:

[The Shining (1980) - All Work and No Play Scene (3/7) | Movieclips / 2:25]

Finally, please consider supporting me through these fine vendors:

Amazon – Everything under the sun

Built Bar – Protein / nutrition bars

Pictures on Gold – Laser-engraved jewelry images

Wicked Temptations – Lingerie and other "unmentionables"

A Foreign Affair – How I met my wife: Women from Eastern Europe, Asia, and Latin America

With these hard times, I’m going to try and highlight businesses I like to try and steer commerce their way (new one added every Friday Rule 5 post):

Kodiak Cakes: High-protein pancake mixes.  I use several different flavors – whether for pancakes or “pancake muffins” – for the kids’ breakfasts.

Judaica Web Store: Not a “small business” but a business that I buy a lot from.  Great wines, foods, jewelry, and a slew more from the Holy Land.

Tabasco: You know them.  I know them.  They’re… awesome.  It’s interesting, though, how tastes change.  I used to love hot-hot-hot sauces, and just tried their Habanero sauce.  Wow, way too hot for me now.  And their Scorpion sauce beat down a Jamaican I know after I gave him a bottle.

King David Coffee - Fantastic coffee.  And if you’re someone who needs a good and differentiated “corporate give-away” item he’ll make small sleeves of coffee with your custom logo.  I personally am partial to the Kabbalah coffee, and his maple kettle corn is can’t-stop good.

Script by Simone - Incredibly calligraphy.  She did a custom piece for my wedding anniversary, and a beautiful “Letter from Santa” to my kids in response to an inquisitive letter to Santa my older one had written (with some annoyingly penetrating questions).  I dictated the letter and she did it on a beautiful piece of parchment.  Please let her know you heard about her through me (NITZAKHON).

Note: I will not put anyone here unless I’ve had their product / used their service.  Speaking of Rule 5, my last two such posts:

Zeroeth: I strongly urge people to subscribe to Bill Whittle and help support him.  He does great work.  We need voices like his.

[Ungrateful For Rugged Individualism: Whom Do You Owe for Your Liberty? / 18:58]

Ultimately, being a religious person, liberty comes from Hashem.  And related to fighting China Flu / Wuhan Flu:

[America Rocks Wuhan Flu! The Exceptional Way We Fight COVID-19 in the USA / 13:37]

We are exceptional because we work independently, with individuals trying different things to see what works and what doesn’t.  And we try, and fail, and try, and hear of an idea, and marry that idea to ours, and try again… more importantly, we step up to the plate to try without The Authorities telling us to.

On to Political Islam for several good ones…

[Toronto Interview / 33:06]

[25 Questions / 20:498]

An article from 2018:

Quote (link in original, bolding added):
This isn’t about guest workers. This is about the Left securing a voting block so they can be voted into office in perpetuity.  Islam makes for a perfect partner in their endeavor to achieve political dominance. Both conspire to tear down society and rebuild their utopian ideal. What the Left doesn’t realize is when Islam ultimately takes power, as it tends to do, the last laugh will be on the them, just as it was with the Tudeh Party in Iran. In the end, Islam has no loyalty to Kafirs, only to Allah and Mohammed.
To understand Islamic migration today, it is imperative to understand the concept of hijra. The hijra dates to the time of Mohammed when he left Mecca and moved to Medina where he became a warlord and politician. Mohammed’s migration, or hijra, is so important to the success of Islam that it is the basis for the Islamic calendar.

Gee, importing new voters.  Sounds familiar!

[Bill Warner, PhD: Hijra, Islamic Migration / 30:41]

I found it ironic that the youtube ad preceding the above video was for an Islamic school in America that “provides a quality Islamic education”… I wonder if that was deliberate.

[It Depends on the Interpretation / 5:16]

[Our Timid Intellectuals / 6:02]

Books by some of the scholars he praises:

And a woman who lived through the Islamic conquest of formerly majority-Catholic Lebanon:

[Terrorism, The Muslim Brotherhood, & Linda Sarsour | Brigitte Gabriel | POLITICS | Rubin Report / 1:08:54]

She founded ACT for America (I heard her speak live-and-in-person).

[Haters Breaking for Biden: In 2016 Those Who Hated Both Voted Trump / 19:57]

I see this frightening shift in some of the places I hang out (e.g., LinkedIn) where people not only comment that they’ll vote for Biden over Trump – largely because Trump is just so, well, uncouth and icky – but when I ask about it and where the country will go if Biden (well, really, his puppetmasters) get in, they’re “We can always vote him out in 2024”.

Sigh.  The clinging to the idea of normalcy and that nothing ever can truly change brings back my contention that we are – societally – unable to recognize threats any more.

Any advanced and thriving civilization has large numbers of people – especially at the top of the pile – who are comfortable and safe, and are so for generations.  This lack of meaningful threats, from birth onward, causes the amygdalae structures in the brain to not fully develop compared to prior, more stressed, generations because of a lack of stimulation; thus, the ability to recognize actual threats has atrophied.  This leads to the society as an aggregate, and the leadership class in particular, taking actions that they do not recognize as dangerous, which result in the collapse of the civilization.
Which brings to mind this older Whittle video on how evil creeps in on cat’s paws:

[The Banality of Evil / 12:27]

Remember, no tyrant gets elected by saying what they truly plan to do.  Nobody gets elected by saying to the voting public “We plan to take away all your rights, enslave you, and kill millions of you to try and create our great paradise”.  But that’s what socialists have done:

Now to Prager:

[The Candace Owens Show: Dave Rubin / 1:00:01]

It was Rubin’s early interview with Owens that introduced me to both of them:

[On Her Journey From Left to Right | Candace Owens | POLITICS | Rubin Report / 1:25:13 ]

Rubin has a new book out:

And on intellectual journeys, let me bring up my own journey from Left to Right:

In the vein of this, I present this video by Way of the World.  Note that I don’t agree with everything he says in his videos, nor am I as white race-focused as he is, but he presents well.  And I agree with him about the importance of nations and national/cultural identity - and yes, that does include racial demographics, though my opposition to mass migration is more cultural than racial.  Still, one cannot import the third world en masse without, eventually, becoming the third world (eg., as a good friend pointed out, paraphrased, "Apple pie is great.  Apple pie with a scattering of cranberries can be even more flavorful.  Keep adding berries and, sooner or later, you don't have apple pie any more.").

[Deconstructing White Privilege / 1339]

And my proposal for reparations:

Another video:

[The Deadly Virus of Globalism / 10:17]

A seafood wet market that I walked through when I was in China on a business trip (I'm not the world's greatest photographer, I admit):

Wrapping up, a few “classic” Whittle pieces.

[The Donald: What Bill Whittle Loves About Donald Trump... / 5:04]

[2. Socialism / 4:39]

I do not compromise with cancer.  I do not find common ground with gangrene.  The Left-Islam Axis must be fought ruthlessly with no quarter asked or expected – or America, Western Civilization, and Israel… indeed the whole world… will be destroyed.
